He has guided clients through due diligence, negotiation, and closing processes, offering end-to-end support for sophisticated transactions.

Lucas also brings entrepreneurial insight through his leadership role at a Montréal-based biotechnology startup, where he has held leadership positions for several years. This experience gives him a unique perspective on operational and regulatory challenges, enhancing his ability to advise growing businesses.



Lucas also serves on the Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM) Foundation’s “Next Generation Committee,” supporting initiatives that foster innovation and philanthropy in healthcare.
